- On 12th, 13th & 14th October, more than hundred of management
and executive professionals from R&D, engineering, and other industry
sector meet at the SIAA’s M2M Asia Forum 2005 and Singapore
Poly’s Regional Industrial Networking Conference 2005,
to explore how M2M & 3G technology could be adopted into their
business functions, to benefit and bring the company to another
height, ahead of others.
M2M (machine to machine) offers significant opportunities for
businesses across major industries to compete more effectively.
The implementation of a M2M solution increases efficiency and
raises revenues by increasing an organization’s service levels,
performance and competitiveness. This is achieved by enabling
users to access information, receive alerts regarding critical
situations and control and manipulate variables on their dispersed
machine assets via a computer or PDA.
Anewtech is proud that most of our products are capable of M2M.
Digi Connect® WAN GSM is our focus for the exhibition and it has
drawn attention from any visitors with its unique features and
capability. Detailed specifications can be obtained from our website
or feel free to send us your request.
We are also honored to be invited as the speaker on “Cellular
101 on M2M applications”, presented by our MD, Mr Terence Teo.
We hope everyone had a fruitful conference and a wonderful time
networking. We look forward to seeing you in our next event.
Our first attempt at this year's RITE 2005 Retail IT Exhibition

many players from the retail industry, which means our products
has once again, displayed its strong IT power. With the increased
concern about security across all industries, Anewtech has demonstrated
our Security & Surveillance DVR system where customers are able
to deploy virtually anywhere, according to their requirements. Many
were also impressed by our live demonstrations on Digi's latest
ConnectPort, Connect WAN and Connect RG and much have shown keen
interest to further discuss about their applications.
With the positive feedback gathered from our visitors, we are certainly
encouraged and committed to bring our customers the latest technologies
and products. So, watch out closely for our next event!
Anewtech has taken a step further in its regional expansion towards
building our overseas customer relations through participation in
the IA Malaysia 2005 at the new venue at KLCC. With the curtains
of the show gracefully down on 23rd July 2005, we are proud to reveal
that it was a great 'alien' success for us. With a humble size of
9sqm booth, we have attracted hundreds of audience who came by the
booth and enquired about our products. Many were fascinated with
our Rugged Tablet PCs from Walkabout, and they were literally "glued
to the screen" when the video (mpeg) file was played to show the
toughness of the unit, especially at the scene when a landrover
rolled over the XRT! Enquiries range from DVR systems, to embedded
fanless boards, to touchscreens, as well as exchange of views to
extend RS232 signals to further distance!
With the positive response from the customers we talked to, we aim
to achieve greater success in our next event, to bring you more
products and technologies.
