Solution1: Restaurant POS System
Point of sale (POS) system is widely used in supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and casinos. It has revolutionized the restaurant industry, particularly fast food and a number of chain restaurants. Anewtech POS touch screen panel computer has been implemented in both front of the house and back of the house to speed up the operations.

POS system installed in the kitchen enables chef to receive instructions via wireless technology from a waiter. Orders taken by wireless hanhheld device in front of the house. Once orders appear in the kitchen’s POS, chef may view, delete, recall or print the orders with built-in 2” thermal printer. The orders transmit to kitchen’s POS and cashier’s POS simultaneously via server. Remote servers connect to restaurant network to monitor sales and other restaurant data.

Solution 2: Replace POS Terminals with Zero-Clients
ConnectPort Display, zero-client solution acts as a drop-in replacement for the terminals in the POS and kitchen display locations. Restaurant can replace outdated monitors with modern LCD displays, while still running their applications as if the old terminals were connected. Connections from the ConnectPort Display units in the POS and kitchen areas are converted from the coax cabling to standard Ethernet CAT5 cables, which can also be leveraged for future applications.
