Supermicro’s Petascale storage server uses the NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip module with two Grace CPU dies containing 144 ARM Neoverse V2 cores and up to 960GB of on-package LPDDR5 memory for both high performance and power efficiency.

What networking does the system support?
The Petascale storage server with the Grace CPU supports two PCIe Gen5 x16 FHHL slots and supports NVIDIA’s Spectrum™-X networking with the NVIDIA BlueField®-3 SuperNIC or NVIDIA ConnectX®-7 SuperNIC.
What is the memory configuration of the system?
The system’s DRAM uses LPDDR5 which is embedded with the CPU module. The CPU is available with up to 960GB of memory.
Which storage software ISVs support the Petascale Grace CPU-based storage server?
The high-performance parallel file system software company, WEKA, supports the Petascale storage server using the Grace CPU. Other supported ISVs will be coming soon.
