Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

  • General Returns: We accept return requests for standard, off-the-shelf hardware (in-stock items) within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Defective Items (DOA): Any product found to be defective upon arrival (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a priority replacement or repair.

2. Eligibility & Condition

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-configured systems, special-order hardware (non-stock items), and software licenses are non-returnable unless found to be defective.

3. Return Process (RMA)

  • Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting your account manager or support team at support@anewtech.com.sg
  • Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Inspection: All returned goods are subject to a technical inspection which typically takes 3–5 business days.

4. Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection, testing, and re-certification for industrial use.
  • Return Shipping: For general returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For confirmed manufacturing defects or DOA items, Anewtech Systems will cover the return freight or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
