The ESPC-F4S3 features 2 to 4 integrated CAN Bus ports, designed for diverse modern applications. With its optional M.2 slot, the system can scale up to 6 to 8 CAN Bus ports, meeting complex multi-node communication needs. It is compliant with ISO 11898-2 : 2016, supporting baud rates from 5 Kbps to 1 Mbps and data rates up to 5 Mbps. The module supports up to 7,800 frames per second for CAN 2.0 and 6,000 frames per second for CAN FD.
The system complies with 2.5 kV HiPOT protection and EN61000-4-2 ESD standards. Designed for industrial use, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
